GOOD NEWS - OWS
I'm happy to report that I received an email from the Ohio Watercolor Society on Saturday.
My painting Oriental Roses was accepted into this year's show!
Toutes mes très sincères félicitations et bien méritées... Cette aquarelle que vous nous montrez aujourd'hui est une merveille de délicatesse et de pureté. un véritable travail de dentellière !!... Gros bisous à vous et plein de bonnes choses.
Nancy and Vicki, thank you for the compliments. Martine - this actually is not lace but a silk damask woven with the dragons. As always, thank you for your compliments. And thanks to all of you for visiting - I've been very bad on my posts lately - just too many other things going on!
I am sure that next we will hear that you took Best in Show with this! It is just lovely and I have referred all of my Zentangle friends to have a look at this one on your blog, it is just masterfully done.
I'm certainly not surprised. Its beautiful and as usual you have done an outstanding job on this one.
