PASTEL PEPPERS - Part 1

Another in my little series of fruits and veggies!

I decided to use lighter pastels for the drawing, instead of charcoal on this one.

For some reason, I never understood the charcoal underdrawing - I wondered if it would make the colors muddy, etc. I'll be interested to see this one - it's already cleaner and brighter, to me :) Of course, I loved your other ones, too. Guess I just need to get out my own pastels and give them a try!! So many materials, so little time :)

Rhonda - I don't know about the charcoal either??? I just thought these needed a lighter drawing since the end colors would be light - I'm just doing what seems right to me. Amen to so little time!
